The Way of The Gun

Plot Synopsis: Two kidnappers (Phillipe and Del Toro) kidnap the surrogate mother of a gangster's baby. Little did the kidnappers know about who they were dealing with or the conspiracy behind the pregnancy. Naturally, everything goes wrong and all hell breaks loose. The gangster sends a bagman (Caan) to clean up the mess and bring the girl back.
My thoughts: This is a raw, bloody, and violent action film, but it's also a very average one. It tries to be intelligent and groundbreaking (and it almost succeeds occasionally), but it's nothing I haven't seen already in Desperado, Pulp Fiction, or Reservoir Dogs. Don't get me wrong - I liked it OK. It just wasn't anything special.
