Synopsis: A remake of the classic film about a US astronaut that crashes on a planet where the apes enslave the humans. There he brings hope and leadership to his race.
My thoughts: This was an awesome remake with an awesome performance by Tim Roth and even better make-up and special effects. I must mention, however that the ending of the film is the cause of some controversy. I didn't have a problem with it, but based on some word of mouth reactions, it did ruin the entire film for some.
