A Knight's Tale

Synopsis: A peasant squire lad yearns to be a knight and tries to win a rich girl's heart by posing as a nobleman and competing in jousting tournaments.

My thoughts: This is your typical, formulated "underdog becomes a champion" (all the way to the soundtrack chock full of Queen songs) movie. What sets this apart from other films of the same type is it's willingness to not take itself seriously with it's medieval appearance but classic rock soundtrack and modern slang. It should do well for itself as a summer popcorn flick.
