A Tribute to Becky Jankowski
by Jody Branham
I first met Becky in June of '94 when I took over a Taco Bell stand at the Jeep factory in Toledo, Ohio. She ran the other food stand right next to me. There she taught my naive 17-year old self a few things, wrapped me in tin foil, played many pranks on me, and scared the crap out of me at least once a week. Here's a few of the things she taught me:
1). There was good music prior to 1990.
2). To follow my dreams of going away to college.
3). Rusty Wallace is the best Nascar driver.
4). Putting a fake rat in the cheese is still sanitary as long as it hasn't been on the floor.
There she also introduced me to some interesting characters: Jack- who always bougts us pops and called her "Hot Dog Hannah", Tim, and the cute Mexican guy with the nice butt (this is Tami's opinion - not mine, by the way)
Well that's about all I can say about Becky other than now she's a great wife and mom. She bought me a very nice plaque for my graduation that I have always kept hanging in my house ever since. Thanks Bec.
